The Ashgrove Golf Club 2009 Club Championships wrapped up today with Peter Collins becoming the 2009 Club Champion. Peter managed to outlast Jason Burkitt in a very close final. Pete was one down after the morning 18 holes but managed to get the better of the afternoon 18 holes and won the match 2 & 1. Congratulations to both players but particularly to Peter who joins a long list of very worthy Champions.
