The legend of the Tomahawk steak is growing. Matt Oates (head chef of Eagle’s Nest) was interviewed by ABS radio earlier this week. Matt had a 5 minute interview with Ingrid Just from ABC Capricornia. 

Ingrid hosts an afternoon radio show looking at out of the ordinary things around Queensland. This is great promotion for Matt & Lauren, Eagles Nest restaurant and the Ashgrove Golf Club.  There have been 16 people who have attempted the TOMAHAWK but not all have succeeded.
