As from 1st September 2008, Golflink will allow Men’s handicaps to go out to 36.  Ashgrove Golf Club has now adopted that policy. That means that anyone, either a member or visitor, who has a handicap of greater than 27 may now play off that handicap in all club competitions. If you visit another club you will need to check on their policy. It may be you will play off 27 or they may allow you to play off a higher handicap if you have one.
